I have created a mailing list. Send mail to netbsd-rc5-subscribe@flame.org to subscribe. I will not post the actual list address here, but I think most of you are smart enough to figgure out to remove -subscribe. Damn web-based spam email gatherers... In any case, the list is open posting open subscribe. I will post when I have updated binarys there and so on, and others can post there too.
If you run these clients, please remember to associate your email address with the NetBSD Users team, team number 4420.
Before you run these, you should always perform a -test and -benchmark to make certain they run correctly.
Here is how I have things set up. In my home directory, I have a directory named RC5/ that contains all the files contained in rc5-mlg-004.tar.gz. If you download this file and unpack it into your home directory, you will get the same setup. The latest code can always be found at the link above, or the magic link rc5-mlg-current.tar.gz.
In the RC5 directory, I keep per-host logs in log/, and per-machine state in hostname/, and defaults are specified in master.ini and the rc5.sh script itself.
I have settings for NetBSD/i386 1.2* and 1.3*, as well as NetBSD/arm32 1.3E.
Let me know about any problems with these clients.
If you don't want the whole archive, individual files can be retrieved from the RC5/ subdirectory.
Enjoy!
